Sherwood Forest Campground and Resorts
Site Rules
- One sleeping unit per site. Only one trailer or tent or RV per Site
- NO electric heating devices or fires to be used in sleeping units for heat
- Two vehicle limit per site.
- No generators allowed in dry-camping areas
- No Cutting of trees or shrubs or taking ANY wood from the woods
- All wood must be purchased at the store for $6.00 per bundle.
- Management has the right to refuse outside wood or charge for wood being brought onsite.
- Campfires are restricted to fire rings Only. A responsible adult to be in attendance at all times. No trash, bottles, cans or left over food is to be burned. If there is edvidence that anything other than wood is being burned management can add an additional $10 cleaning fee to your stay.
- Campfire rings are not to be moved.
- Campsite must be cleaned before you leave.
- No grilling on top of picnic tables. If you damage a table management can apply replacement costs to your stay.
- Trash must be bagged properly and disposed of in the dumpster at campground entrance or available for pick-up
- No bike riding after 9 p.m or dusk which ever is sooner.
- Flashlights required after dark for your safety when going to and from restroom.
- Golf Carts and Utility vehicles that meet management's discretion are allowed with proof of insurance and registration with the campground, $25 PER DAY, $50 FOR WEEKEND, $100 FOR WEEK, $250 PER MONTH, $400 for the season. Cart registration must be visible or you will be asked to trailer your cart by the front entrance and will not be allowed to use them on the property. Any violation of this and you may be asked to leave the grounds with no refunds.
NO ATVs, Quads, DUNE BUGGY'S, or Sand Rails. All vehicles are limited to 5 MPH while in the campground and shall be limited to sound. Speed will be strictly enforced
All Drivers MUST be 21 or older with a valid drivers license to operate carts/vehicles. Violators will loose their registration and put there cart back on a trailer. If registration is revoked then you will have to purchase a new registration upon management approval.

TERMS
- No personal checks accepted except for advance reservations of at least 10 days.
- Camping rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 18. Additional campers are subject to visitor rates.
Other conditions:
Up to 2 extra adults can stay in your camper or tent with you at a cost of $5.00 each adult per night.
Cottages are for one family and have 1 double beds + 2 single bunk beds (camper brings own bedding)
Rental trailers have air, heat, sink, stove, fridge, and bathroom with shower and toilet (camper brings own bedding and cooking utensils)
All sites and rental units include a picnic table and fire ring. (NO pets or smoking permitted in rental units).
Campsites and rental units have a 3 night minimum stay on holidays and holiday weekends.
Rental unit check-in is 2:00pm and checkout is at 11:00am. Rental units subject to $50 security deposit to cover cleaning and or damage.
One night deposit REQUIRED for ALL reservations.
Cancellation policy: 7 day notice for campsites and 30 day notice for rentals -- less $15 admin fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pets allowed on campsites if kept on a leash and never left alone (no pets or smoking permitted in rental units).
Free use of trails, basketballs, volleyballs, horseshoes and badminton equipment.
Family camping -- quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am
NOTE: Please visit the store if you would like Honeywagon Service for you on-site waste removal at $25.00 per dump Wednesday & Sunday. $5 additional for 2nd tank.
$45 for emergency dumps at any other time.
Pool, Pond, Waterslide Areas
*** NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY***
- Children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Pool hours: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. weather depending
- Pond and Waterslide Areas are not to be entered before 11am and after 7pm. The pond is not for swimming
- Waterslides can only be used if wearing proper swimming attire. No jean shorts of any kind allowed.
- Swim diapers are required for any water activity for our younger guest.
Showers & Baths
- Please pick up all belongings after using showers and other campground facilities.
- Sherwood Forest Campground and Resorts is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Please report any bathroom problems to the store office immediately.
Notice: Firewood can not be brought into the campground this year due to the new Oak Wilt Bug and Emerald Ash Bore
